AB 1572 - Revises Community Association Election Statute in Civil Code

Assembly Bill 1572 (hereinafter “AB 1572”) makes various minor and technical changes to California election law. It revises the community association election statute, Civil Code Section 1363.03, by changing the term “absentee ballot” to “vote by mail ballot.”
